Transcom has received one of the most important awards in the Contact Center industry in Spain: the Excellence in Customer Relationship Award, this time in the category of Best Strategic Project for the Integration of New Channels.

The project awarded was the integration of a WhatsApp Channel in one of the services that Transcom provides for its client Banco Santander.

The virtual awards ceremony was held on December 17 by AEERC (Spanish Association of Customer Relations Centers) in collaboration with IFAES and under the methodology of IZO, The Experience Design Company. The three organizations have contributed to promote quality and excellence in our sector by continuing to support the awards in an extremely challenging year.

Transcom is proud to receive this award. It celebrates the teamwork in developing and implementing the project, highlighting the work by the innovation team, project managers, and the team performing the service on a daily basis. We want to thank them all for their commitment and enthusiasm!
