Transcom extends a warm congratulation to PayPal France, awarded Customer Service of the Year in the Payment Solutions category by Viséo Customer Insights. Viséo Customer Insights tested PayPal’s customer support for 10 weeks, making 215 mystery contacts and evaluating each channel on more than 15 criteria.
