Transcom wins two Platinum Contact Center Awards in Spain
Transcom has won two awards at the Platinum Contact Center Awards Gala.
- Best Customer Experience Award in Banking with BBVA
- Best Insurance Customer Experience Award with Zurich
At the award ceremony, which took place on June 29 at the Goya Theater in Madrid, Transcom was awarded in the category "Best Customer Experience in Banking" for its services provided to BBVA, and in the category "Best Customer Experience in Insurance” for services performed for Zurich.
These awards recognize the excellence and know-how of the companies that each year demonstrate their firm commitment to quality and their effort to evolve and take care of the relationship with their customers, rewarding companies in the sector that for their high degree of professionalization and their highly competitive services are adapted to the needs of each client at all times, highlighting this year the great work and effort carried out during the pandemic.
The awards, granted by the Contact Center Hub, celebrated their twelfth edition last night in a face-to-face gala attended by prominent members of the contact center industry from the most important companies in Banking, Insurance, Public Administration, Telecommunications, Industry, etc. and the participating Contact Center and Technology companies.
