In any business, customer care is one of the "hot spots" of interaction with your target audience. It usually occurs when a customer or potential customer needs to solve a problem or has questions regarding a product or a service. It is usually a critical moment in terms of opportunity and risk; opportunity if we think about building customer loyalty, and risk because the customer might leave if he of she does not find the expected answer.

One of the greatest challenges that companies have to face in today’s business environment is the flow of information and knowledge. In an industry like ours, where client needs often mean rapid staff increases, establishing control mechanisms that ensure an efficient and fast transfer of “know-how” is critical. This is why we have implemented a training approach in Transcom Leon, with the objective of ensuring the entire team's alignment with key objectives, ultimately leading to the delivery of an excellent customer experience.

A great place to work

A lot has happened at our Eskilstuna site in Sweden, and we keep growing. Even though the goal has always been the same, we now speak only about customer satisfaction and customer experience and how to reach the top shelf. Our new “well-being team” here in Eskilstuna will help us improve even more. They will work with our staff, to make them feel great about coming to work. With the information they collect, we can make Transcom Eskilstuna a truly great place to work! In the picture below, you can see some of the members of the "well-being team" making a barbeque for all of us.

It has been three months since we launched our “Best ideas for improvement Contest” and today, we are proud to announce the names of the winners! This is an initiative from our HR department, encouraging every member of the organization to submit their ideas for improvement. The prize is very motivating, an iPad Mini. The rules were clear. Each participant could submit as many ideas as they wanted, as long as they met the following requirements:

Congratulations TSK!

If we continue talking about team spirit and how to build it, we have yet another good idea! Three guys from Transcom here in Eskilstuna have started a sports club, TSK. All employees are welcome to be members and there will be lots of different activities. Something for everyone. If you think about it, it’s really a great idea! People get to know each other better and we all need some exercise now and then! One of the activities is football. They set up a team and joined a local football cup and played their first game yesterday! As you can guess from the subject, they won!

So, did we find the Team Spirit? Honestly, I think we did! We had an amazing day at Boda Borg and everyone was all cheerful and excited. It was the perfect way to get to know each other better! For those of you who don’t know what Boda Borg is, it’s a big house with different quests. Each quest contains 3-6 different challenges/rooms and you have to figure out how to solve it and get a stamp in the end.

Go Team Spirit, Go!

If you have good team spirit, you will probably work as a team. To prevent backlog, queues and to deliver outstanding customer experience, everyone has to do their best at all times. Groups that have a good team spirit will deliver good results because they fight for their team and their customers. But how do you create team spirit? At Transcom Eskilstuna, we think that if you are doing things together, get to know each other better, you will eventually find the right spirit! Also, the work that we do every day is not easy.
