Transcom Lithuania is happy and proud to announce that we were recognized at the National Responsible Business Awards 2015, organized by the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania, as a “Workplace of the Year”. The awards were given to national and foreign companies operating in Lithuania to recognize the contribution to socially responsible practices and initiatives that benefit companies and society by strengthening social welfare as well as minimizing negative impact on the environment.

Key highlights Q4 2015

In June 2015,  a team of dignitaries from Manila came to London as part of a roadshow held at Asia House in Westminster London. The event was called The Philippines: Asia’s Bright Spot and was organized in partnership with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Embassy in London and sponsored by HSBC. Speakers included Philippine Ambassador to the UK Enrique A.

Transcom Germany’s second site in Halle was established in 2001 and after 14 years the office has relocated to another district in town. The new site is situated in a residential area in the Halle-Neustadt neighborhood, near the town center.

El pasado 12 de noviembre, tuve el honor de participar en el evento organizado por la Asociación Española para la Calidad en el Día Mundial de la Calidad 2015.  La Secretaria General de Industria y Pyme, Begoña Cristeto; el Presidente de la AEC, Miguel Udaondo, y el Director General de AENOR, Avelino Brito, inauguraron este encuentro del cual Sus Majestades los Reyes fueron los Presidentes de Honor.

Transcom, fue galardonada ayer con el Premio CRC Oro al Mejor Outsourcer, en la entrega de Premios CRC de Oro celebrada el 7 de octubre de 2015 y organizada en el marco de la Expo Relación Cliente.

Being an international company, Transcom offers our employees the opportunity to work abroad. During the last few months Transcom Latvia have had several employees moving from Riga to another Transcom site in Europe, or vice versa, employees from other countries have moved to Latvia. Transcom Riga is a multilingual site, representing ten languages (Baltic and Nordic languages, German, Polish, Russian and English).  Since 2014, we offer employees from Sweden, Norway and Poland  the possibility to move to Riga and work with customer service  for two well-known international brands:

I am very pleased to announce that we have recently implemented a revolutionary app for Transcom’s agents in Sweden starting in Eskilstuna. The mobile app allows agents to access their individual future schedules on their Smartphone.  This takes way the need for paper schedules and having to go into work on their day off to find out their future working patterns.
